Malawian Disapora, friends, anyone with interests in Malawi: you are invited to the 2019 Malawi Independence Day celebration which will take place in Glasgow on Saturday, July 6th.

Malawian traditional dishes, live music and raffle will be among many other activities at the event from 15.30 hours til late. You can buy tickets in advance by emailing info@malawiansinscotland.org or calling 07512 490 039.

Contributions are: Adults £10 children £5 (adults £15/children £7 at the door).

AMS is delighted to announce that the 2017 Gala Dinner Dance will take place at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow on 8th July 2017 as part of Malawi Independence Celebrations. Association of Malawians in Scotland(AMS) will host a Malawi Cultural Evening in Scotland at Pearce Institute, 840-860 Govan Rd, Glasgow G51 3UU. The Evening will be a fun filled event. Come and experience Malawian Culture by sampling Malawian food, listening to traditional music and enjoying a Malawian fashion show (Face of Malawi & Tias Fashions) and many other exciting activites. The event will also provide an opportunity for networking and socializing. AMS invites individuals and Charitable organisations to the event. Entry fee will be £10 for adults and £5 for children.
